Terms of exchange and return of goods

After the purchase, it turned out that the product does not suit you. Don’t worry, you have the right to exchange or return the product in “Mobile Vasya” stores.

You can exchange or return a product that did not suit you within 14 days from the moment of purchase, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” (Article 9)

We value your time, so we ask you to familiarize yourself with the terms of exchange and return of goods (according to Article 9)

  • The product has not been used and has no signs of use.
  • Preserved product appearance of the product and its components.
  • The product has no mechanical damage, abrasions, or scratches.
  • The factory seals, protective films on the product have been preserved.
  • The product is complete.

  • A document confirming the purchase
  • Identity document
  • Bank card, in case of purchase of goods using a bank card

Warranty service

If your equipment is faulty, don’t worry. Goods purchased from “Mobile Vasya” are guaranteed.

During the warranty period, your defective product can be repaired or replaced free of charge, subject to compliance with the rules and conditions of use specified in the warranty documentation for your product.

  • Check the warranty period specified in the warranty card or other documents for the product
  • Make sure that the product has no traces of violation of the rules and conditions of use specified in the manufacturer’s instructions
  • Make sure that the product has no mechanical damage

You can apply for warranty repair

  • To the authorized service center at the phone number specified in the warranty documentation for your product
  • To the store where you made the purchase, or any other “Mobile Vasya” store convenient for you
  • For goods weighing 5 kg or more, as well as goods that require dismantling, it is necessary to call a specialist at the place of operation of the goods. You can find the contact details of the Authorized Service Center in the warranty documentation or on the manufacturer’s official website
